During a press conference, the president of the group of companies Fan EURO 2012 announced that on the territory of the official fan zones of UEFA, which will be located in 4 Ukrainian cities – the hosts of Euro 2012, only those companies that are official sponsors will have the right to sell their products. At the same time, all companies that express such a desire and conclude appropriate agreements will be able to work in the fan zone in the Kiev region, the creation of which was initiated by Kovalevich. According to him, the project “Super Euro fan zone in the Kiev region” will be a complex for recreation and sports, which will include several fan zones. The first of them will be located in the Obukhovsky district of the Kiev region on the shore of the Blue Lake, and its readiness today is already 30-40%. This complex will consist of two parts. The first of them will be a VIP-zone and is designed for UEFA representatives who will come to Ukraine for Euro 2012. This territory will have corresponding comfortable apartments, will be equipped with swimming pools, a sports complex and a number of other attractive places for comfortable rest and, in particular, watching the championship matches. On the second part of the complex, houses will be built with simpler equipment, but with all the necessary amenities. The territory of the complex will be equipped with large screens, places for watching matches. Kovalevich noted that the project takes into account all possible needs of fans, including catering, security, etc. The organizers plan to build three more similar complexes in Yagotin, Belaya Tserkov and Vyshgorod for Euro 2012, in addition to the fan zone in the Obukhov district. The complexes will be able to receive up to 50 thousand guests daily.
